Friendly, uninhibited and festive: this is for Stella and Guillaume the definition of the ideal aperitif. Times change, mentalities evolve, the search for pleasure remains the same. Consumers are increasingly the desire to adopt a healthy lifestyle and reduce their alcohol consumption, but they face a non -alcoholic offer that is still too unsatisfactory. It took the meeting of an entrepreneur and an agrifood engineer to give life to the long -awaited alcohol -free aperitifs: Ousia. Months of research and development, accompanied by French mixologists, perfumers and infusers were necessary to develop our drinks. We are proud to have created the first range of French alcohol -free cocktails capable of providing a complex consumption experience without compromising taste, quality and elegance.
