The process of revealing the wine 0.0%
The extra brut made from 100% organic Chardonnay, is a blanc of whites at 0.0% alcohol, without sulfite or sugar.

Its creation is based on a revolutionary approach, the process of revelation of wine, which preserves its integrity and its complexity long before the decalcoolization stage. It all starts with an early harvest of organic grapes in the Limoux region, where they are harvested earlier, to their optimal freshness in order to preserve their natural acidity. To provide depth and structure, 30% of wines produced from these organic Chardonnays are raised in oak barrels.

Maggie Frerejean-Asttinger & Constance Jablonski
Longtime friends, Maggie & Constance lived on both sides of the Atlantic, and met again in Paris in 2019. Maggie was director of the Michelin guide and pregnant of her twins. Constance continued his career as a top model, and was animated by a quest for well-being against and against everything.
