Do I have to open an account to shop at Sanzalc?

No, it is not necessary. You can make purchases and go to the checkout as a guest each time.
However, by creating an account, you can order without having to enter your contact details each time you make purchases with us 💪

How can I create my account?

Please click on "Connect / register", then on" Create an account "and complete your personal data.

How can I order on Sanzalc?

Look for the items you want and add them to your purchase basket.

When you are done, you can access your basket and go to the checkout.

Check that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How can I pay my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all the main credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

In addition, we offer the functionality "Buy now and pay later" with our partner Klarna!

Can I modify and cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
This will allow us to pack your orders effectively and minimize errors.

It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a reduction code, how can I use it?

Simply in your basket! You will be invited to type your discount code to apply your special offer to your order 🤩

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email to confirm that your order has been received.
However, please note that orders will only be dispatched when payment by credit card has been approved and that the billing and delivery addresses will have been verified.

You can also check the condition of your order in "My account"If you are a saved user.

I have problems adding items to my basket

You can add the items as long as they are available. It may happen that the article is in someone else's basket and that the status of the article is "temporarily unavailable".

Does Sanzalc offer free delivery?

The answer is yes!

Sanzalc.com offers you delivery from € 200 purchases in mainland France only (under conditions*) and believe us, we are not much to offer it😥

When is my fabulous order prepared?

Very simple, your order is prepared as soon as your payment has been validated✅

When is my fantastic order shipped?

We make every effort to make your order dispatched the same day when it placed before 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday. After 3 p.m., it is shipped the next day to guarantee the best packaging quality.
No delivery is made on Saturday and Sunday, your orders will therefore be shipped on Monday🤗

How do you pack my prodigious order?

Your order is packed with the greatest care in order to best guarantee a reception in perfect condition. Our logistics team prepare your orders in specialized packaging to avoid any risk of breakage.
On the menu, double groove cardboard, double flaps, protective compartments, stuffing sheets and sealing by professional adhesive💪

Where do you deliver your extraordinary orders?

We deliver of course in 🇫🇷france, as well as to our dear neighbors in 🇧🇪belgic, 🇱🇺luxembourg and in🇨🇭suisse!

What are your delivery times for your legendary orders?

Delivery times are on average 3 days after shipping your package.

Home delivery is more practical :

  • Via Chronopost in 2/3 working days (mainland France)

Relay delivery is the more economical :

  • Via Chronopost, express delivery in relay point in 2/3 working days (mainland France)
  • Via UPS, delivery in a 3/5 working day (mainland France)
I am unfortunately not at home to receive my so desired order, how to do it?

No problem, you can manage your delivery using the tracking link provided in the e-mail of the selected carrier. You can try to redirect your package at your neighbor, a point of withdrawal or simply replan up another delivery date!

What are the transport costs at Sanzalc?

They obviously vary in relation to the content of your order, of race😉

That said, we can give you 2/3 tips to lower the transport cost by lowering for example the weight of your package.
