Created in 2025, the Lowa Trolls joins the Trolls range alongside the Trolls cuvée and the Rasta Trolls.
This alcohol -free filtered blonde beer* but is nonetheless complex. Developed from a mixture of malts, hops (including the motueka, A small aromatic bomb with lemon notes from New Zealand) Added to the boil, sugar, water and specific yeast, it has a hopardon character to which are added floral notes, citrus and citrus.
The use of a specific yeast combined with so -called "slow" fermentation, inscribes this beer in the "alcohol -free" category with a rate of 0.3% while preserving a richness of flavors.
The Brasserie Dubuisson took up the challenge of creating a 100% natural alcohol beer while respecting the historic brewing process and without compensating with sugar or sweeteners. It was essential for the Brasserie Dubuisson to maintain its know-how and its expertise, even in the design of an alcohol-free beer.
