Feral n ° 3 is rich and full -bodied, with a strong presence of acidity and tannins. The bright red comes from the fermented beet and wild blueberry, enhanced with black pepper and thyme.

The final drink is complex, spicy, persistent and you do not feel the earthy taste of the beet which can be divisive for some.
