With the Rosé wine Nolimit Daniel Mattern without alcohol 0.5%, Daniel Mattern created a magnificent Pinot Noir Rosé, completely in line with the Nolimit Riesling.

The wine is flattering in the mouth, floral and very fresh and perfectly accompanies poultry or fish.
We were seduced by its tangy structure and its slightly spicy aromas during a barbecue evening.
