Guinness arrives in alcohol -free in France with his first Brunette beer Guinness Draught 0.0% !

If Guinness has managed the feat of producing a 0.0% beer with the same roasted notes of coffee and caramel as classic Guinness, it is thanks to its 261 years of experience and innovation. It will have taken no less than 4 years for the brewers to develop this recipe which combines without alcohol and this character so typical of the most appreciated brown beer in the world.

To achieve this feat, the brewers started by brewing a classic Guinness with the same ingredients as usual: water, barley, hops and yeast.

Then, to remove alcohol, they made cold filtration: which allows you to filter alcohol without subjecting beer to thermal stress, which protects its taste and character.

Then comes after all a work of balancing the flavors to get closer to the original recipe.

And all that we can say is that the result is stunning: in the glass we find everything that amateurs appreciate of Guinness, both in aspect and in taste.
