The Hochstadt family domain in Hochstadt is unique. Almost everything is "homemade". For example, Marko Hörner designed his own-fir-fuel and created it with the 3D printer. It is not for nothing that its leitmotif is "we are the tenants of our descendants. In the vines and in the cellar, special attention is paid to what has ecological meaning and to what is not.
For 15 years, the cellar has practiced what is called winter greening in almost all places. The alleys between the rows of vines are sown with wheat and bean returned in July/August. This creates a healthy green space to the harvest.
