Divino Roots is an alcohol -free vermouth. An artisanal aperitif at 0% developed from wine (Di Vino) then infused and macerated with absinthe, rosemary, gentian and other Mediterranean plants.

It is then disalcolized via an inverse osmosis process, similar to that used to decay the wine. A fresh and contemporary drink to taste on ice or elongated tone with a lemon slice in the minds of a Spritz.
