Since 2012, the Schätzle family and the master of Chai Robert have breathed a breath of freshness on these walls rich in tradition, while respecting the terroir of the house. Wines from slope vineyards convince by their impressive minerality. The historic monocede "Schlossberg" (mounting of the castle) and "Goldnes Loch" (golden hole) as well as the "Mauerberg" (editing of the wall) are the heart of the area.
