DESCRIPTION

OPTIMAE BABYLON GARDEN PISTIUM PRECIUM PISTURY is the continuation of our trip to the world of premium botanical distillates for the aperitif.
This new recipe takes its inspirations in the mythical gardens of Babylon, with ingredients like Cardamone, Bergamot or even Roman chamomile. A hot nose with the scent of citrus, with a beautiful freshness in the mouth and an aromatic power that allows you to create magnificent cocktails.

A great complexity in the mouth, and a great intensity and length. At the end of the first mouth, a heating settles down thanks to a touch of chili which comes to raise all the ingredients.

Like the majority of alcohol -free spirits, Babylon Garden is not designed to be drunk alone. Many recipe ideas can be found on our site or our Instagram page.

About the producer
Optimæ is a range of spirits without alcohol, sugar and natural, made for mixology.
Designed to bring the aromatics to cocktails that a drink like Gin brings them. Optimæ products are not designed to be consumed alone, even if some of our customers consume them at the end of a meal on a big ice cube.

It is in the heart of the Spirit Valley of Cognac that Optimæ products are distilled in Charentais alambics.
Created in La Rochelle and distilled in Cognac.

This new drink is part of the tradition and know-how of ancestral techniques. Our first destination explores Atlantis. It evokes the trip, the freshness of the La Rochelle seafront as well as an imaginary world through an original recipe.

Optimae already has some renowned customers such as different cocktail bar or even gourmet and star restaurants such as Christopher Coutanceau, New House of Philippe Etchebest in Bordeaux or Restaurant Origines d'Adrien Descoul.
