With a fermentation from 14 days to 14-15 ° C, the grapes and juice are treated in a reductive manner to avoid oxidation and preserve the fruity. Vineyard
The grapes are harvested in vineyards cultivated in dry in the Cap-Western region, where the vines are not palished and are planted like bush vines.
