Since 2015, I have been fully engaged in the alcohol -free scene. And when the first alcohol -free spirits was launched, we hastened to order it. We then bought the other brands which, too, were "distilled and replaced the gin"; All vegetables, soft at the palate and (of course) without calories. Everything is good. Except that we could not ignore the feeling that the public who is concerned above all with the experience of the drink was ignored. You know, people who like to party and meet with friends around cocktails, and who love the stimulating taste of fine spirits. But which, more or less often, prefer to give up alcohol. Gnista was born out of the feeling that these people deserved better. We offer dark, intense and complex liquids, capable of replacing alcohol when mixed with drinks*.
