Developed from its famous pink organic cuvée of one night, these two new products - sparkling and quiet rosés - thus offer intact pleasure with the lightness in addition (only 3.5 g of residual sugar).
To obtain this result, the alcohol contained in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation, that is to say an evaporation at 35-40 ° C maximum, so as not to alter the wine and preserve all the aromas.
