Our team of enthusiasts has only one obsession: the product. In addition to our permanent beers, we offer seasonal and ephemeral beers.

La Parisienne is engaged in an eco-responsible approach, and seeks to promote a sustainable economy by concrete actions: biological ingredients, hops in urban agriculture, valorization of dres, and many other projects.

Our commitments
We seek to promote a sustainable economy by concrete actions. Thus, all our beers are brewed with quality ingredients from organic farming.

The brewery is also the first Parisian hops, with more than 600 feet planted intramuros and plantations by constant development. Our goal: to use only hops from our plantations.

And we continue our work as to the revaluation of our brewing waste, the return of the instructions and the beer in bulk. The brewery is notably at the initiative of the creation of the Second Life project, which recycles drêches into food products.

Our history
Coming from a family of winegrowers, Jean-Barthélémy Chancel got a passion for craft beer during his various trips, especially in the USA. He decided to create his first brewery in 2011: the Luberon craft brewery.

With this first experience, and wishing to restore its beer to Paris, he founded the Brasserie La Parisienne in 2014 at the foot of the Butte-aux-Cailles in the 13th arrondissement. The brewery moved to Pantin in 2016 in an old factory from the 1930s.
