The Symples adventure begins in 2016 in Milly-la-Forêt, the cradle of medicinal plant cultivation in France. It is here that Florent and Théo, two agronomist engineers passionate about plants discover with astonishment the extent of the power of plants, their virtues and their diversity.
A conviction has been animating them since: reintroducing the simple in our daily life, these plants that we used to cultivate for their benefits on the body and the mind, by creating a brand of drinks inspired by the richness of virtues and tastes of plants that grow at our feet.

Together, they then leave for two long trips: one, in the past, to draw from the ancestral knowledge of herbalists, and the other through our regions of France.
A two -year trip in which they take the time to find the best ingredients, and to meet producers defenders of traditional techniques and an environmentally friendly agriculture.
