0bis is the story of a retraining.

2020: I have been working for the promotion of movies in the cinema for 15 years. When suddenly, Covid's pandemic begins, the rooms close, and my job - like so many others at that time - was upset. What good is it to promote films that we can't go to see? This is the click. Then manifests the desire to develop a project around what drives me and always has passionate about it: good products, well done, and well marketed. I am constantly trying to find them in restaurants, fine and online grocery stores. It's time to make it my job!

I decided in 2022 to leave my post, jump into the void, to think about the shape it could take. And the first intuition is that of the restaurant. I cultivate the pleasure of receiving well, of the friendliness and the shared moment of quality, it seems to be a good idea! After several weeks to study the feasibility, I obviously go: I admire restaurateurs and their passion, but the sacrifices associated on a daily basis do not seem compatible with the family life that I lead.

I continue to pull the thread from my reflections, motivated to find the project that will reconcile all my desires. I open my eye and taste buds on the offer of alcohol -free spirits and aperitifs, which gently but surely open the way to new festive consumption modes, without being a source of difficult tomorrows. It’s a real crush. I love these products and their positive promise: that of a moment of pleasure over a drink, without alcohol and with a sophisticated and not very sweet taste.

It reminds me of all the aperitifs at the bistro, at home or with friends. Here I am launched to develop alcohol -free alternatives that evoke the flavors of the classics that we enjoy with joy, and the ritual associated with it. This is the start of 0bis.

With my partners, I invest myself for months on the recipes and the design of the bottles to reach the perfect combination of taste and the imagination that I associate with the bistro. This is the tribute I wanted to pay to this universe that I love so much. Today our first two aperitifs have been born: Josiane and Viviane were concocted to share, with family and friends, the happiest moments, and without any moderation. I hope you will also be happy to welcome them to your table as I am to have created them.
