With a fermentation from 14 days to 14-15 ° C, the grapes and juice are treated in a reductive manner to avoid oxidation and preserve the fruity. The wine is left on the lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then a drink using a slightly rotary cone. Vineyard
The grapes are harvested in vineyards cultivated in dry in the Cap-Western region, where the vines are not palished and are planted like bush vines.
The vineyards are strategically planted on slopes exposed to the southwest to capture the fresh breezes of the Atlantic Ocean and the cold current of Benguela. The deep soils of decomposed granite, rich in clay, are well drained.
