About the producer
C’est au Canada et plus précisément à Montréal que Nicolas découvrit une boisson jusque là inconnue pour lui : le kombucha. Curieux, il décida d’en savoir plus sur ses origines et son processus de création. Et c’est avec l’aide de Pierrich (responsable d’une fabrique de Kombucha) que Nicolas a su perfectionner ses recettes et développer ses connaissances en fermentation et culture biologique.

Nordiste et brasseur dans l’âme, Nicolas, est maintenant de retour au pays pour vous partager sa découverte. C’est avec son ami Eliot qu’il décide de se lancer dans cette aventure et de faire de ce délicieux nectar la nouvelle boisson tendance !
