Discover everything you need to know about alcohol -free wine, also called the thirst wine.

Alcohol -free wines, also known as Qualcoolized wines, are divided into two main categories according to their production method and respond to the various consumer preferences. Wine lovers can appreciate the taste of alcohol -free wines, the alcohol content of which has been removed thanks to innovative evaporation, filtration or distillation techniques. These methods make it possible to preserve the natural aromas of the grape varieties as well as acidity, astrint and the characteristic tannins of wine. This guarantees a high quality wine experience in terms of flavor and taste.

Sanzalc is known for his impressive selection of alcohol -free wines, including Alcohol -free red wines, of the Alcohol -free white wines or Alcohol -free pink wines. These wines generally have an alcohol content of less than 0.3 %, which guarantees that they have no health risk. However, there is an exceptional brand on the market: the French domain of Arjolle, which offers a remarkable range of thirst wines with a zero alcohol content (0 %).

On the other hand, there are also alcohol -free wines that highlight their alcohol -free aromatic characteristics, by undergoing a process of decay or fermentation. In this case, only essence counts: the pleasure offered by these vineyards carefully selected for their unique aromatic properties.
These types of drinks are generally developed thanks to a meticulous assembly process, where each variety of grapes is carefully selected to extract its inherent olfactory qualities and maintain its specific sensory attributes during tasting. These thirst wines are subject to a complex method to guarantee the preservation of their organoleptic specificity.
